Working with the Uber Eats product design team, we set out to solve a real pain point for restaurant managers—handling order surges without shutting down. Our solution? Limit—a smart feature that allows restaurants to slow down incoming orders instead of turning them off completely. This keeps the kitchen running smoothly while ensuring customers still get their meals.
